By accessing or using Velcoi (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AI-IT, Inc. (“we,” “us”) may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Velcoi provides tools to transform or edit images using artificial intelligence. The Service relies on third-party AI infrastructure (including Together AI and models such as OpenAI GPT Image). Output quality, availability, and behavior are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; to infringe others’ rights; to generate non-consensual intimate imagery; to deceive; or to violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain rights to content you upload, subject to the license needed to operate the Service: you grant us permission to process, transmit, and store your prompts and images as described in our Privacy Policy and AI & data disclosure, including transmission to third-party AI providers.
Processing is performed using third-party APIs (e.g. Together AI; models may include OpenAI GPT Image). Those providers’ terms and policies apply to their processing. We do not control their infrastructure, training practices, or retention. See our disclosure page for important limitations on privacy.
Paid features may be offered through Stripe or other processors. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the checkout terms presented at purchase and Stripe’s policies where applicable.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for your use of outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-IT, Inc. and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
