Why did generation fail?

Check image format/size first, then retry. If errors mention timeout, ask admin to increase proxy/PHP timeouts for image requests.

Where are payments handled?

Payments run through Stripe-hosted checkout. Full card details are not stored on this app server.

How do I report an issue?
