Velcoi is operated by AI-IT, Inc. (“AI-IT,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use our website and services.
We use session cookies (or similar) to keep you signed in. These are necessary for the Service to function for logged-in users.
To generate images, your prompts and images are sent to third-party AI APIs (e.g. Together AI), which may route requests to models such as OpenAI GPT Image (e.g. GPT Image 1.5). That processing is not the same as private on-device editing. Providers may retain, monitor, or use data according to their own terms, including for security, abuse prevention, and—where their policies allow—for model improvement.

We use account and content data to provide, secure, and improve the Service; enforce limits (e.g. storage slots); process payments; comply with law; and communicate about the Service where appropriate.
We retain account records while your account exists. Saved generated images are retained according to tier limits (rolling storage may delete older items). Server logs are retained for a limited period as required for operations and security.
You may request account deletion or corrections where applicable law applies. Deletion on our systems does not remove data already held by third-party AI providers under their retention rules.
The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do not upload images of minors without proper authority.
Data may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be announced through the Service.
